Small diameter pipes

The electric weld pipe mill is designed for the production of longitudinally welded pipes from hot-rolled and cold-rolled strips in coils by continuous forming them into an “endless” pipe billet, which is welded into a pipe using high frequency currents

Square billet

“Qarmet” produces long billets with dimensions of 150×150 and 130x130mm; The bevel of the cut – no more than 4.0mm;
Curvature is a maximum of 15mm in 1m;
Steel is produced in accordance with GOST 380, 1050, P52544, 34028;
The surface is inspected for any scale, cracks or other defects

Cold-rolled coils and sheets

Coil Characteristics:
Coil inner diameter for thicknesses of 0.47mm and more – 600±10mm, edging trimmed/non-trimmed.
Coil inner diameter for thicknesses of 0.6mm and less is 508±10mm, edge trimmed/non-trimmed.
Sheet Characteristics:
Rolled products of the second and third surface finish groups according to GOST, surface type 03, A according to DIN, EN respectively

By-products

One of Qarmet’s product sales is the processed raw materials that result from production.

These products include granulated blast furnace slag, by-product of blast furnace production, which is produced by granulating slag in water.

This also includes blast furnace slag crushed stone. It is produced by crushing at the Crushing and Screening Plant. Crystalline ammonium sulfate, granulated coal tar pitch and so on.
